We'll carefully move the item from our truck, into your customer's home, and into the desired location. We will quickly unpack the items and remove all packing materials so that we leave the residence as clean as when we walked in.

For those customers who would like to reduce their returns, we also offer an optional premium preparation program. Our furniture prep program reduces returns by giving the customer a pre-inspected product prior to the actual home delivery.

The Premium Prep Process

1. We pull the order

2. We pre-assemble the furniture.

3. The assembled piece undergoes an inspection and we correct minor imperfections if needed. Furniture that does not meet quality standards does not get delivered.

4. Finally, we blanket wrap the furniture for its final leg to your customer's home.
